The bottom of the washing tank is equipped with multiple rows of air pipes, and the rear end is fitted with water spray nozzles. After starting the vortex fan, the airflow is delivered through the pipes into the water-filled tank, creating strong bubbles that agitate and roll the materials thoroughly, achieving complete cleaning. During the discharge stage, a spraying device rinses the materials on the moving mesh belt, providing a secondary cleaning effect.
