Product Description
The TW-260 Vertical Bone Saw is ideal for institutional kitchens, chain restaurants, corporate canteens, central kitchens, processing centers, and meat processing plants.
This machine features an upper and lower blade assembly, arranged vertically. During operation, meat is fed through the inlet and first cut into slices by the first blade group. It is then cut into strips by the second blade group. The thickness of the meat strips is determined by the spacing between the blades.
