From March 5 to 7, 2026, MoreFood Expo Shanghai 2026 was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As one of the flagship trade shows for the global catering supply chain industry, the exhibition covered a wide range of sectors including food ingredients, specialty seasonings, intelligent restaurant equipment, beverage systems, and food processing technologies.
Bringing together nearly 2,000 exhibitors from China and overseas and attracting more than 150,000 professional visitors, the event served as an important platform for industry exchange, innovation, and cooperation across the entire foodservice supply chain. During the exhibition, the YANC booth, located in the Central Kitchen and Food Equipment Hall, welcomed a large number of visitors from food factories, catering companies, central kitchens, and fresh-cut vegetable processing enterprises across the country.
