Product Description
The gas tilting frying pan is independently developed by our company for heating and stir-frying vegetables, meat, and other ingredients. The equipment is also suitable for hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, canteens of colleges and universities, and catering services in enterprises and institutions. It can be used for cooking porridge, soup, dumplings, stir-fried dishes, and stewed meat.
The equipment adopts gas heating, featuring high thermal efficiency, rapid temperature rise, uniform heating, and easy control of heating temperature.
This product complies with the <Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China> and follows the <GB35848-2018 National Standard for Commercial Gas Combustion Appliances>. It is characterized by an attractive design, reasonable structure, compact size, easy installation, simple operation, flexible use, safety, reliability, and convenient maintenance, making it highly favored by users.
Gas enters the burner through the main pipeline and ignites to heat the ingredients in the pan above. Once heating is completed, all gas valves are closed, and the handwheel is turned to tilt the pan, allowing the cooked food to be discharged through the outlet. The whole process is simple, flexible, and efficient, saving labor while improving production efficiency.
