Product Description
This brush washing machine is independently developed by our company for removing sand, cleaning, and peeling root and bulb vegetables. During operation, rotating brush rollers with bristles contact the surface of vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, and potatoes to remove sand and peel effectively. It is widely used in vegetable processing, fruit processing, and food processing industries.
The machine consists of a closed hopper made from stainless steel plates and multiple brush rollers. The brush rollers rotate driven by a geared motor, causing the materials to tumble. Above the materials, spray devices provide rinsing water. A bottom filter screen effectively intercepts coarse particles in wastewater to prevent drain blockages.

Our factory produces various models and specifications based on customer output and different material cleaning requirements, including "flat bristles," "high-low bristles," "soft bristles," "hard bristles," and "spiral bristles." The newly developed "high-low brush" effectively cleans deep and uneven parts of materials, achieving the best cleaning results.
