Is the machine simple to assemble, clean and maintain?

It is made up with a fast release design ( guide sprocket, chain lift, detachable drum and conveyor) which allows it to be easily assembled, thoroughly cleaned and transported from one tank to another.
This machine has provided four UV sterilizing lamps (2 above, 2 below the materials) so that the bacteria and microorganisms on the surface are killed and the food is safe.
It does. The extension of the steam bath cleans debris from the root and the area that is sprayed in rinsing covers all areas, while the spraying post discharge gives secondary cleaning.
It employs continuous washing with segmented circulation of water, such that a minimum quantity is wasted and possible secondary contamination from used water is prevented.
