Product Description
This machine is suitable for institutional kitchens, chain restaurants, canteens, central kitchens, processing centers, and meat processing plants.
The working area features a combination of an upper blade and a lower roller with serrated edges, which precisely cuts the meat into strips, ensuring smooth cut surfaces and consistent quality.
Advantages:
1. The motor and transmission components are installed inside a sealed cabinet. The blade shaft extends in a cantilever fashion from the cabinet into the working area. Blade sets are easy to install—simply mount them on the shaft and tighten the handle bolts.
2. The cantilever design allows for very easy installation and removal of the blade sets, facilitating replacement and cleaning.
3. The machine is equipped with universal casters and directional wheels at the base for easy mobility and secure positioning.
