Product Description

This machine is suitable for institutional kitchens, chain restaurants, corporate canteens, central kitchens, processing centers, and meat processing plants.

 

The working area consists of two blade sets arranged vertically. When operating, meat is fed through the inlet; the first blade set cuts it into slices, and the second blade set then cuts the slices into strips. The width and thickness of the meat strips are determined by the spacing between the blades.

 

Advantages:

1. The motor and transmission components are housed in a sealed cabinet. The blade shaft extends from the cabinet into the working area in a cantilever design. Installing the blade set only requires mounting it onto the shaft and tightening the locking nut.

2. The cantilever structure of the blade shaft makes blade set installation and removal very convenient, allowing for easy replacement and cleaning.

3. The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal casters and fixed support legs for easy movement and stable positioning.
